Hello! Let me tell you a little about me. I’m from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I moved to Boston to study at Emerson College. I’m a communications major, with minors in philosophy and journalism. I’m the managing editor at the college’s newspaper the Berkeley Beacon, where we’re busy every week writing our issue and perfecting the art of office chair choreography. I like to bike around the city, hike tall things across New England, and spend luxurious hours loitering over lattes and ambling about consignment shops. I live in Brookline, work at a creperie, and play bananagrams competitively. This is a place where I share things I make with the world wide web.

Photo cred. to Emily Barger. She snapped this photo at SoWa in Boston last August.

Check out my work at the Berkeley Beacon here.

  1. I read your piece, “For Us” Ms. Magazine’s blog. Fantastic work. I wish I had as much insight about The Box that women must fit in when I was your age. Thank you so much for daring to write about your experience preventing a rape, especially since your efforts were not greeted with fanfare or even a “good job.” Keep doing the right thing. 🙂
